Miss Twinkie, do you sell the pattern for the avocado scarf?

My daughter and my sister-in-law have this avocado thing going on between them and when I saw this scarf I just flipped! They both need one so badly!

I was sure it would be in your crochet book. I literally ran to my copy filled with Glee! Only to be disappointed… Not on Ravelry, Google didn’t help and scouring your site is a no go. Please tell me there is a copy of this pattern for sale somewhere so I don’t do a hack job on this lovely project. I’m thinking it is basically the pear pattern with the egg yolk as the pits? Wait maybe I will go search Michael’s site… Keeping my fingers crossed!

I never really wrote out the avocado scarf because it was so similar to the pear scarf. There’s just more round on the pear scarf because there’s a third color. Not sure what the pit pattern is off the top of my head, but it is a similar concept to the egg yolk: a circle and then maybe a round or two of working regularly without increases. You basically have the right idea!

        Hey Twinkie Chan!

I would LOVE to be able to make some avocados into a top for myself. I saw that the pit is similar to the yolk pattern (I have your book with the egg dish towel in it) and the pear, but I can’t find the pear pattern anywhere. Is it released somewhere?

Thank you so much for your time. Love love love you and your work.

My pear scarf pattern is from my first book, Crochet Goodies for Fashion Foodies, which is available as a Kindle ebook on Amazon.
