Gumball Machine Doorstop in Crochet Now Magazine!

crochet-now-10-issue-10-cover

Grab a copy of Issue 10 of Crochet Now magazine! There’s a lil chat in there with me, PLUS, a pattern for this really cute gumball machine doorstop!

gumballmachinesquare

They approached me to write a pattern because Issue 10 is the Sweet Tooth issue. Perfect, right? When I asked them if they were looking for any particular kind of pattern, they suggested a doorstop. I don’t use them and would probably not think of making one on my own, so I was definitely excited to think of something cute, sweet, and fun for them. I love how it turned out.

I tried to look Crochet Now magazine in Manhattan (NYC) and I can’t find it at all. So I just wanted to know if the Gumball pattern will be on your blog. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

Hi! Yeah, I didn’t even other to look in stores here. I just purchased and downloaded it electronically. Their exclusive is up in 4 months, and after that, I will probably put the pattern for sale in my Etsy shop.

I found a digital copy for $5 last night on pocketmags.com
They have an app in the Google Play store as well and when you download the app and sign in for the first time you get another free magazine download from a list of selections.
I can’t wait to get started on this pattern. I am currently working on a raspberry cake version of your binder cover pattern for my daughter to take to her first day at her new school on Monday. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us.

I’ve just stumbled upon this pattern (doorstop gumball machine)….it’s December 2019. Obviously I have missed the magazine it was printed i . Also, I live in the US. Do you sell your patterns anywhere?

I do sell patterns in my Etsy shop, but I haven’t had time to create a pattern PDF for this gumboil machine yet. So sorry!
