Here’s a preview of a project I’ve been working on for one of my favorite indie designers. Lil crocheted shrimp!
I’m packing them up and sending them on a long journey to Australia. I really can’t wait to see the final product and photos, and to share all of that with you guys!
This might be the cutest thing you ever made.
Aww I’m glad you like them! 🙂
Your shrimp is two cute, looks fun to make.
Perhaps I will post the pattern a few months after her collection is out!
Let’s eat!
Flower Lounge!
I don’t eat seafood or any type of fish for that matter, but I think your shrimp are as cute as they can be! Are you going to be adding them in your new book?
Thank you! My book has already been submitted, so this won’t be in the book, but I’ll probably blog in the coming months :).
So in love with the yarn color!! And of course, I want to eat shrimp now. Looking forward to the pattern! 🙂
These are too cute! I can’t wait until you post the project!!
I love these. So very cute. Can’t wait for a new book of patterns. I shared items I’ve made from your first book with my crochet guild. Everyone fell in love with it all.
Will you share the pattern?
I plan to, but I just need some spare time to shoot photos and clean up the pattern 🙂
Please, please, please post the pattern! I’m collecting amugurami patterns of sea “critters ” to make for my 9 year old grandson who is obsessed with undersea animals. So far this is the first shrimp pattern I have seen, and it is adorable!
It’s on the list!
Adorable! Ik would love to make one. Is is still on the list?
Yep, I need a machine to stop time!
I eat shrimp almost everyday. I would really love to have this pattern. And I collect everything SHRIMP!

Good morning! We live near Fernandina Beach, Fl. We have a Shrimp Festival every year. This year the 5th graders have been asked to submit art for a contest at it. She wants to crochet a shrimp. Did you start at the tail or head??? Thank you in advance for any help.
I start at the head. I actually made two flat halves and sewed them together like a pillow basically.
Hi
do you have any pattern for the scrimp?
Hi! No, I never made time to fix the pattern!
Hi
Have you found time to produce a written pattern yet?
Hi, yes, it’s now in my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/listing/602269007/pdf-crochet-pattern-shrimp-or-prawn
