Hi! Every time I post a photo of a new crochet project, I get asked if/when there will be a pattern available, so here is a place to stay updated!
Pattern writing and video making take time. I work full-time now, and my personal creative time is very limited (I used the word “time” a million times in this sentence, but that’s what this all boils down to!). While I would love to give you every pattern and video imaginable, I just can’t unless someone wants to become my actual patron :P.
I have just finished a 9-month stretch of crocheting and designing for my installation at the Sweet Tooth Hotel. Both of my elbows, particularly my left one, are experiencing a new pain I haven’t felt before. I notice this pain most when I try to put weight on my elbow or when I try to lift something. I’m really afraid to do much crocheting right now until the pain subsides. This means, I can’t shoot much crochet video or prepare patterns. Even with patterns that I’ve already drafted, I need to re-crochet projects so that I can shoot step-by-step videos for my PDFs.
My plan is to create a book of patterns for all the breads, cakes, and pastries that I’ve been posting from my installation called Sucre Fleuf! It’s going to be awesome, and I’m so excited!!! But I’m going to need some time, and I will definitely need to first take a break, and then take my time. I know there is also a HUGE backlog of patterns that I’ve never prepped. I’m always open to hearing which ones you want first, but please know that time is a big factor for me right now.
