I saw these on your Instagram, and I showed them to my sister. She said that the pink cake one looked like a bra to her. Made me laugh out loud.

I think a couple mentioned that on Instagram!

I had saved this link on my desktop so I could go back and make the hot dog mask. I hadn’t read that it wasn’t really a pattern. LOL So I sat down with your other pattern and worked it out. I just finished it as a gift for my friend’s daughter who turned 16 the other day (party tomorrow). I made a strap out of crochet to go around the back (her head is about my size so it should fit) and put two small buttons at the end of the hot dog. Fits awesome and you don’t even notice the buttons because they’re at the temples. Thank you so much for sharing with us! ๐Ÿ˜€

I figured that people familiar with crochet could figure out ways to spruce up the basic pattern :). I’m so glad it worked out!!! Hot dog army!!!

    says:

Hello! I was wondering if you could tell me how you attached the pom poms, and what stitch you used for the edging??

  • Amber

    says:

Hey! I know your really busy, but could you tell me what stitch you used for the edging on the strawberry shortcake one? My computer is messing up, so if you have replied to my comments before, I haven’t been able to view them consistently.

    Thanks!!

      Amber-
Did you ever heard back for the edging around the strawberry cake mask?
I am also interested in finding out which one is used in this pattern.

Twinkie or anyone who has tried it already- could you help us with this one?

      Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Amber

        says:

Nope, I never heard back. I’m glad I’m not the only one who wants to find out!

When will your second book be ready for purchasing?
Any loyalty discounts for your fans? ๐Ÿ™‚

          • TwinkieChan

            says:

I’m still writing it as we speak/type! Then it goes to the publisher and will hopefully be out April 2016….but I took longer than I thought to write it, so I’m not sure if that’s still the pub date. Unfortch, the discounts will not really be up to me… but up to whatever retailer you by it from! I’ll see if I end up purchasing copies of my own to sell on Etsy.

          • Xesik

            says:

            That would be AWESOME!!
Please, let me know when will this happen (fingers crossed!!)
I just came across your work this summer and I NEEDED TO HAVE YOUR BOOK!! It was a little hard to find, I most say (out of print, exorbitant prices by third parties, etc.)
Needless to say, it is a FANTASTIC book– I have already made the pizza and green salad scarf and chocolate cupcake hat.
            Keep up the AMAZING work!

Where is the pattern to make this?

    • TwinkieChan

      says:

Hi, as noted, there aren’t patterns available for these particular styles. But I do link to the basic sleeping mask tutorial and pattern.
