I just posted a new video tutorial for an old-ish pattern here on my blog: the heart garland that was featured before in Crochet Today magazine!
It’s a cool tutorial for beginners, because we go through several different stitches like tr, htr, dc, hdc, and sc!
I know you had asked this a few days ago, but I had totally forgotten until right now as I was giving my dogs their baths. You had asked for any crochet ideas for valentines day. I thought of those chocolate bonbons in the little paper cups. Those would be so cute as hair clips, kinda like your ice cream scoops. You pretty much already have half the pattern, all you need to figure out is how to crochet the paper cup. (I suppose you could always just glue it to a cupcake paper and be done with it but I feel like that’d be cheating). You’d have to crochet ridges, but also make it flare out a little. Sounds like a challenge.
Did you ever see the crochet “painting” I made that was a message spelled out in bonbons? 🙂 https://www.etsy.com/listing/106341672/i-love-you-chocolate-truffle-box-crochet?
Oh my goodness you are amazing.
Awwww! <3
